I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago. What should I do?

Your order confirmation email may have landed in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.

If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in locating your order details.

Please note that your tracking number is generated once your order has been packed and is ready for collection by the courier.


My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

If your tracking link is still not updating after this time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


Will I be charged customs fees?

Orders shipped within Germany will not incur any customs duties or import fees.

If you are ordering from outside EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
