When will out of stock products be back?
We regularly restock our most popular products. To receive an email as soon as an item is back in stock, visit the product page, select your preferred size, and click “Notify Me When Available.”
Will I be charged Customs fees?
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to import duties or customs charges. The price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes, with no additional customs fees due upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course. We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery within Germany takes approximately 1–3 business days.
For other European countries, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and logistics zone.
For international orders, delivery times may vary between 5–10+ business days, depending on the region.
Please note that delivery times exclude the day of order and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen delays within the courier network.
My package is missing. Can you help?
Please contact us in our email support@gavaoutfit.com if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would love to assist you.
Can I exchange my item?
At Gava, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you're not
completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges.
I need to return my order?
We at Gava, gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original tag has been cut off.
Can You help with a damaged product?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. If it could be possible, we would want to send us a photo in our email support@gavaoutfit.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 Day Return window cannot be returned or refunded.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect item, please contact us via our email support@gavaoutfit.com page and we exchange it for you.
